As some of you are now aware, Blyth has been safely delivered to Suffolk and is ensconced in the engine shed looking lovely in her fresh paint with shiny brass work.
We are working hard behind the scenes to put together the systems and approvals necessary for her to haul a passenger train but the good news is that while she remains cold we are able to let visitors explore her footplate for a small fee.
To enable more of you to see her we have put on an additional open day – Sunday 15th May when Steamworks will be open between 1pm and 4pm, the miniature railway, cafe and shop will be open as well.
